Yes! There are a few awesome businesses that carry some of my items: Purrgatory (San Diego, CA), Cat Cafe Lounge (Los Angeles, CA), Cat on the Corner (Catskill, NY), and Central Florida Community Pet Clinic (DeBary, FL).

π How often do you ship orders?
I ship orders 2 to 4 days a week, depending on the number of orders I have, the rescue work I'm doing that week, and any travel/events that I'm doing. It's just little ol' me packing and shipping your orders, so I appreciate your patience!
π Where is my package? My cat needs his drugs!
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number when your order has shipped. Once I've dropped it off at the post office, it typically takes 2-5 business days to reach you, but keep an eye on that tracking for updates!
π I live in the Bay Area. Do you offer pick up or delivery instead of shipping?
I don't offer pick ups from my house, but you are welcome to shop in person at an event where I'll be vending! (Find the list HERE!)
When time permits, I *sometimes* offer delivery to addresses in North and West Oakland. I can only do this when someone is available to receive your order in person or if there is a secure place to leave the bag, so it's a whole thing. Feel free to reach out with questions, or follow me on Instagram for announcements about delivery dates! (@ericalikescats)

π Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, but with limitations! I had to make the difficult decision to discontinue standard shipping to anywhere outside the US. Without insurance and tracking, I lose a TON on lost and stolen packages shipped internationally, which just isn't sustainable for a small business.
However, I'm happy to accommodate international orders for customers who want to pay for global priority shipping, which includes insurance, detailed tracking, and assistance with missing packages. It's quite expensive - usually starting at about $45 to Canada and Mexico - but it's possible! Please email me with the details of your order if you'd like me to get a shipping quote!
πΊ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As a one-person operation, I'm not able to offer exchanges or returns the way the big boys like Amazon and Target do. That means all sales are final, babes! But I do include measurements and size charts for every item to help you choose the correct size and ensure you know what to expect!
However, if I made a mistake (I'm human - it happens!) or if there are other issues with your order, please contact me by replying to your order confirmation email!
